Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on US civic holidays will be processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. These processing times are approximations only, and it is possible for some orders to take longer than stated, especially orders for custom-built products. Please defer to that product's information page for time frames in those cases.
For customers in the United States, shipping time for Regular Deliveries are approximately 7 - 10 business days while Priority shipments are usually delivered in 4 - 7 business days. For Canadian & International orders, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery date due to the different policies of custom departments in each country. These delivery times are approximations only, and it is possible for some deliveries to take longer than stated.
International Shipments: International Orders can take an extra 5 to 10 business days to ship if the items ordered are not in stock in our main warehouse in Oregon. If an International order does not meet our fraud screening and security department inquiries, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Free Shipping Offer: Unless otherwise stated, orders over $200 qualify for free shipping when choosing USA Mainland Standard shipping method. Other shipping methods do not qualify for this promotion.
